Return and Refund Policy

At Fafa Foods, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As an online store operating within the European Union, we comply with the Consumer Rights Directive. Please review our standard return and refund framework below.
1. The 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party designated by you) physically receive your goods, without giving any reason and without penalty.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g., via email or through your customer account dashboard). You may use the statutory model withdrawal form below, though it is not obligatory.
3. Condition of Returned Goods
Goods must be returned in their original condition. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the items (similar to handling goods in a physical shop).
Note: Perishable goods (such as fresh groceries and spices that spoil or expire rapidly) and unsealed hygiene-sensitive items are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal.
4. Reimbursement & Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (except for supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than our least expensive standard delivery). We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, though we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or provided evidence of having sent them back.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise specified or if the item arrived defective or incorrect.
